New regulations now provide off-reserve band members over 18 the opportunity to vote in band elections. The elections for the 2001-2003 council were the first to be held under this system.

In order for Band Members living off-reserve to vote, current mailing addresses are required.

Band Members are asked to submit current mailing addresses of family members currently living off-reserve to Band Membership at (250) 839-1255 or send an Email to Lorraine at membership@kitasoo.org
